Our stand: In response to Dr Balaji's statement about the rise of MSM HIV infections in Singapore

On 9 March 2005, Dr Balaji Sadasivan, Senior Minister of State for Health stated that 90% of newly diagnosed HIV patients are males, with 1/3 being gays; and  that the predominantly gay party in Sentosa, "Nation", allowed gay men from high prevalence societies to fraternize with local gay men, thereby resulting in an increase in infection rates with this segment of the population.  More....
